Arkansas is the heart of the new semiconductor industry in the Heartland; therefore, we’re starting with the semiconductor ecosystem by facilitating the Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors and Science (CHIPS) Act of 2022 for investments into Arkansas companies.
The CHIPS Act is an opportunity to fuel a state-wide capability to provide the entire country with a secure electronic supply chain while raising the living status of Arkansas residents. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to change the financial stability of Arkansas residents positively and to leverage our infrastructure for the overall economic impact of our country.
